I'm not a career consultant who reads about business in books.
I'm a builder.
For over 20 years, I've been in the trenches, navigating the messy reality of scaling companies. From helping founders through successful exits to leading self-managed teams of 100+ people, I've seen firsthand how systems break as you grow.
I've supported companies as they scaled past $40M in revenue. I've watched brilliant founders become bottlenecks in their own businesses. I've felt the weight of "everything running through me" and helped many business owners escape that trap.
My unique advantage? I combine the "hard skills" of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with the "human skills" of the XCHANGE Approach - the same facilitation method trusted by Google, Nike, BMW, and NASA.
